Antoinette is a certified Financial Risk Manager and an advocate for financial literacy and career growth. She launched Rica with a mission to empower individuals to take control of their personal finances and confidently navigate their careers. Through 1:1 consultations, strategic guidance, and practical resources, Rica equips clients with the knowledge and support they need to reach their financial and career goals.

Rica was created from Antoinette’s experience with financial instability. As a homeless high school student and first-generation college graduate, Antoinette learned early how to budget, save, pay down debt, and apply to scholarships and jobs to support herself as a full-time student. She became a guardian for her younger sibling and worked multiple jobs—hostessing, housekeeping, tutoring, and interning at a Texas lobbying firm—to support them both.

 To date, Antoinette has conducted nearly 300 consultations with over 130 clients across 10 states. She remains deeply committed to supporting professionals—especially those from underrepresented backgrounds—on their journeys to financial wellness and career advancement.
